Hello and welcome! We are happy to see you are considering Auxilio Ab Alto as your new home.
Auxilio ab Alto is looking for mature, dedicated, capable and loyal people to work and play with in our gaming experiences. Aux is a diverse guild composed of Raiders/PVE, PVP, & RP members who are commited to excellence on the field of battle . Auxilio ab Alto is not a "Hard Core" raiding guild, but we are a serious and commited raiding guild running end-game content with the highest expectations for success.
The recruitment process follows the steps listed below. We ask that you be patient as we work through our process and we commit to keeping you up to date on your status. Application determination should take no more than one week from the time the application is posted. If this time line is extended we will let you know. While you are waiting we encourage you to browse our forums and read up on our policies and command structure.
Step 1: Receiving.
- A new application is placed on the website
- The S-1 Section notifies the proper Company to review the application.
Step 2: Review
- The proper company staff reviews the applicants armory and conducts an in-person interview in cooperation with S-1 and S-3
- The proper company staff conducts a simple skills test with the applicant (training dummy or Heroic run) to assess competencies.
- Upon completion of all skills review and interviews regarding playstyle/personality recommendation is forwarded to the Adjutant.
Step 3: Background Checks
- Upon completion (or concurrent with) step 2, the adjutant will complete a background check on the player, verifying information.
Step 4: Final Decision
- Upon completion of background check and command interview, the Adjutant will conduct a final interview for a final decision on entry.
